Computer telephony integration (CTI) provides an interface between computer-based applications and telephony functions. Computer telephony integration (CTI) enables you to leverage computer-processing functions while making, receiving, and managing telephone calls. CTI applications allow you to perform such tasks as retrieving customer information from a database on the basis of information that caller ID provides. CTI applications can also enable you to use information that an interactive voice response (IVR) system captures, so the call can be routed to the appropriate customer service representative or so the information is provided to the individual who is receiving the call.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

PROJECT MANAGER

The PM is mainly responsible for the management of the company’s projects by focusing on meeting project commitments that which includes communicating with sponsors, stakeholders, etc. The Project Manager is assigned to lead or assist in the company’s planning, implementation and introduction of new systems and technologies.

Plans migration activities for each project, including detailed planning for user acceptance testing for application deployment.

Coordinates and provides oversight of all deployment activity through to completion.

Fulfills the project management duties, including status reporting, (communication management), project planning and tracking, management of interdependencies, chairing team meetings, financial tracking and issue and risk management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Ø Minimum of 3 years of project management experience-required

Ø Experienced in coordinating/managing several projects at a time – required

Ø Experience in managing IT application development or infrastructure projects including but not limited to:

· Voice – PABX, Voice Recorders, Phones, Call Centers

· Network – Connections between offices, LAN, WAN, MAN

· Wintel – Desktops and Laptops, File and Print Servers, Local Printers, Email Access, Office Automation Softwares

· Unix – Firewall to allow secured inter-connection to external vendors and Unix servers

Ø Experience working on international projects (i.e. across cultures and international borders) – desirable.

Ø Willing to be assigned at the client’s site.

PRE-SALES SUPPORT ADMIN EXECUTIVE

is responsible for providing administrative support to the Sales Department.

Ø Assists the Pricing Specialist in tasks assigned.

Ø Assists the Sales people in preparation and consolidation of all documents required for Vendor Accreditation and Biddings.

Ø Consolidates Sales people’s time records, leave forms, OB forms and submits to HR.

Ø Ensures organize indexing, filing and retrieval of the department’s proposals, bids, quotations, files, correspondences, memos, records, reports and general communications (both paper and electronic).

Ø Does other related task as required.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Ø Has at least 1 year experience in an administrative role.

Ø Experience in similar industry an advantage

Ø Should be a graduate of any 4 year course

Ø Fluent in spoken and written English

Ø High PC Literacy

Ø Good interpersonal communication skills

Ø Analysis and critical thinking

Ø Willing to work under pressure

Ø Has the ability to work in a team environment
